We use your information to: process your dissolution filing, communicate with you about your order status, prepare and submit paperwork to the appropriate Secretary of State office, file IRS forms on your behalf (Complete Closure plan), and send you confirmation of completed filings.

We share your information with trusted third parties solely to deliver our service: Stripe processes your payments securely; Zoho CRM and Zoho Books manage your contact information and invoicing. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
